Their database of commercial properties is open to public use; however, a certain portion of their web site is accessible only by CCIM designees.

PikeNet - www.pikenet.com - This portal provides many links to resources. Click on Software for access to a wide range of tools (including RealData® products) useful to brokers, tenants and investors. The E-Newsletter contains useful and informative articles.

LoopNet - www.loopnet.com - One of the largest online commercial property database. You must register to search or list, but a free basic registration was available as of this writing. Once registered, you can set up multiple searches and are notified whenever a property that meets your criteria is listed. Upgrading to Premium membership for $39.95 per month (again, as of this writing) gives you additional options, including access to data on how often your listings have been viewed. Click on Get Financing on the home page to access their LoopLender site, which has useful information, including 'mortgage tools.'

NAI Direct - www.naidirect.com - A long-established global organization of over 3,500 professionals in over 230 offices worldwide, NAI is the largest real estate organization of its kind. Click on Property Center to view listings, Find a Broker, or Research & News for quick market data. As of this review there are $4 billion in listings on their site.

OfficeDirectory.com - www.officedirectory.com - Go straight to the My OfficeDirectory tab to access the most useful tools on this site; manage your portfolio and contacts, keep track of the competition or create a watch list of buildings you are interested in (Free registration required). You can also search (and once you've registered, list) right from the home page.
